Service culture training

As training partner with a world-class contract catering and support services company, Livewire provided the necessary scale of support with our ability to draw on key learning and development consultants in key locations.

The programme was aimed at all client facing staff with an overall objective to promote:

  • a culture of high quality service: responsibilities for challenging ‘traditional’ cultures
  • knowing and living ‘our culture’: bringing our values to life, what do they mean in action?
  • excellent levels of service
  • meeting customers’ need

The result was highly motivated teams which out performed themselves in customer service – particularly in the banking sector; they are now moving on to implementing the programme in the retail and manufacturing sectors of the group.
